Using this website

This website is operated by Above All Else Entertainment, LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. The content here is provided for information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is free of error.

Quotes and bookings

Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed price. Every event is quoted individually based on hours, location, guest count and the services you select. A booking is confirmed only when we have agreed the details with you directly and any required deposit has been received.

Dates are held on a first come, first served basis. Calling is the fastest way to find out whether your date is open.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for securing venue access, power and any permissions we need to load in, set up and operate on the day. If access, power or timing changes, tell us as early as you can so we can adjust.

Equipment

All equipment we bring to an event remains our property. Guests must not handle, move or connect to it without our agreement. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests.

Recording and streaming

Where we record or live stream an event, you are responsible for telling your guests and for obtaining any consents your event requires. We will follow reasonable instructions about what is and is not captured.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The design, text, logo and graphics on this website belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
