Can you live stream an event and run the room at once?
Yes. We run multi-camera live streaming with board-fed audio, live chat and Q and A for remote guests, monitored in real time, and we hand you an edited recording and the viewership numbers afterward.
How many cameras do you use?
Enough to cut a real show rather than hold one wide shot. The count depends on the room and the run of show, which is one of the things we work out before the date.
Can remote guests take part or only watch?
They can take part. We run live chat, questions and polling, and we bring those into the room so the people on screen are participants rather than an audience.
Do we get the recording and the viewer numbers?
Yes. You get an edited recording after the event alongside the viewership analytics, and we agree up front on what gets recorded and who receives it.
What happens if the connection drops mid-event?
We monitor the stream in real time and carry a back-up path, so a wobble on one connection does not take the broadcast down. That gets planned before the date rather than solved on the night.

Our gala was the first one where people did not start leaving at nine. I do not know what they did to the lighting but the room looked like a different venue by dessert. Our offices overseas watched the whole thing live.
