When you send your event details through the form on this site, we collect the name, phone number, email address, event date, venue, guest count and any notes you choose to give us. We collect this so we can quote your event and call you back about it.
Like most websites, our host records standard technical information such as your browser type, approximate region and the pages you visited. We use this only to keep the site working.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, plan your event and stay in touch about it. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside our team except where a supplier is directly involved in delivering your event, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep event inquiries for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
