Sound that carries to the back wall without punishing the front row. Lighting designed around the run of show, so the room changes when the moment changes. It starts with an on-site look at your venue, and it ends with us mixing live until the last song.

  • An on-site consultation first, so the acoustics and the layout drive the design
  • Lighting plots cued to your timeline, not left on one static wash
  • High-fidelity speakers, mixers and subs matched to the room
  • On-site calibration before doors and live mixing throughout
  • Full run-throughs before doors, plus back-up gear and a plan for what can fail
  • A technician on the floor for the whole event, not just load-in

What sound and lighting equipment do you bring?

We design the lighting around your run of show, tune the sound to the actual room, and keep a technician on the floor all night to mix live and fix anything on the spot.

Do you set up and break down?

Yes. We load in early enough to tune the room before guests arrive, and we break down after the last song. Setup and strike are part of the booking.

Can you light an outdoor event?

Yes. Outdoor changes the plan rather than the answer. We account for the ambient light at your start time, the power available, and what happens when the sun goes down mid-event.

What happens if something fails during the event?

A technician stays on the floor for the whole event, not just load-in, and we carry spares for the parts that fail. Back-up planning happens before the date, so most problems get fixed before anyone in the room notices one.

Do you look at our venue before the event?

Where the room warrants it, yes. An on-site consultation lets us hear the acoustics and read the layout, so speaker placement and the lighting plot get designed for your venue instead of guessed off a floor plan. We run through the whole cue list before doors.

What clients said afterward.

Our gala was the first one where people did not start leaving at nine. I do not know what they did to the lighting but the room looked like a different venue by dessert. Our offices overseas watched the whole thing live.
Charlotte Corporate gala
They played our list. That sounds like a low bar until you have been to a wedding where the DJ played his.
Jackson Wedding reception
I had run this fundraiser four times before and it was the first year I got to sit down. Donors stayed through the ask, which never happens, and the people watching from home actually gave.
Raleigh Charity fundraiser
Outdoor sound is usually a compromise. Ours was not. Every act started on time, nothing cut out, and I never once had to go find somebody.
Wayne Outdoor festival
Half our attendees were on a screen and none of them acted like it. Questions came in from both rooms and got answered in the same conversation. Numbers landed in my inbox before I had finished breakfast.
